Yolanda Fairell, M.S. is one the nation’s most exciting and energetic motivational speakers. Yolanda’s core philosophy is that we humans have an extraordinary capacity to SCULPT our lives. She has taught tried and true, advanced goal setting techniques to thousands of employees, managers, and students. Many have gone on to use these techniques to improve their customer service, sales, and general communication skills. These techniques are not quick fixes: We all know there are no effective quick fixes. Instead, Yolanda inspires us in the use of powerful methods for setting and achieving personal and professional goals.
With wit, intelligence, and great story-telling abilities, Yolanda shares candidly about her journey from poverty, addiction, and depression to a life of professionalism, purpose, and wealth consciousness. She highlights how she used meditation, visualizations and other goal setting techniques to sculpt an adventurous, dynamic life. Yolanda Fairell, M.S. has earned a Master’s Degree in Sociology and a Bachelor’s Degree in Psychology. She is a proud member of the National Speakers Association, the Tallahassee Chapter of Business and Professional Women’s Organization, the Tallahassee Society of Association Executives, the Florida Society of Association Executives, United Partners for Human Services, and Leadership Tallahassee Class 25. Yolanda has been practicing meditation for over a decade. As a Professor of Sociology, Yolanda has enjoyed challenging the next generation through teaching the following courses: The Sociology of Work, The Culture of Human Organizations, Social Problems, and Social Stratification.
